Most businesses think injury claims are paperwork. I know they’re people work. Behind every missed form, delayed approval, or crossed wire is a real person — often in pain — wondering if they’ve been forgotten.
I started this work because I’ve seen how fast things fall apart when departments stay silent, and how powerful things become when they finally speak the same language.
For more than a decade, I’ve helped HR, Safety, and Leadership teams rebuild the trust, clarity, and culture behind their systems. This isn’t about ticking another compliance box. It’s about giving teams the tools and language to work better together so fewer employees slip through the cracks and fewer leaders feel like they’re constantly putting out fires.
I’ve seen leadership teams align for the first time, safety cultures turn around, and claim costs drop simply because processes got clearer and conversations got easier. Along the way, I’ve spoken on virtual stages, worked inside high-risk industries, and led transformation programs where the stakes were high, and the change was urgent.
